Privacy notice

This notice explains how MB Despachos Aduaneiros processes personal data on this website and in the login area (staff portal and client dashboard), in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

1. Corporate website

The public pages of this website do not ask for personal data, have no forms and do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting provider records technical access data (such as IP addresses) solely to operate and secure the website.

2. Login area

To provide access to the login area, we process:

• Access data: username, name and password (stored only in encrypted form; no one at MB can see it).
• Access logs: date, time and IP address, for security, blocking unauthorized attempts and investigating incidents.
• Session cookie: required to keep you signed in. It is not used for tracking and is deleted when you sign out or when the session ends.

Client dashboard: shows information about the client's own foreign trade operations (for example, references, dates, status and documents for each shipment). Each account can see only the data of the company it is linked to.

3. How we use the data

• To provide secure access for staff and clients;
• To deliver the customs brokerage and advisory services contracted (performance of a contract);
• To protect accounts and systems against unauthorized access (legitimate interest and security);
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including the retention of access logs required by the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Marco Civil da Internet).

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by technology providers that help us run our systems, such as cloud hosting and databases (which may be located outside Brazil) and document analysis tools, always with security measures in place and only for the purposes above. We may also share data when required by law or by a competent authority.

5. How long we keep data

Access data is kept while the account remains active. Access logs are kept for the period required by law. After that, data is deleted or anonymized, unless retention is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to exercise rights.

6. Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, lockout after failed attempts, separate access for clients and staff, and data access restricted to authorized people.

7. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability and information about data sharing, among other rights under Article 18 of the LGPD.
